All dancers and/or their guardians must sign a code of conduct prior to the first day of classes. Parents must also sign an agreement outlining payment policies.
Everyone who enters our studio is expected to remain courteous toward all staff, as well as other dancers and their families. We value acceptance and kindness. Anything less will not be tolerated.
Surge will be hosting registration drop-ins before each semester, but please feel free to reach out at any time during the semester to discuss class options. Our registration fee must be paid in full at the time of registering. Once a family is registered, it is required that a parent or guardian join our email listserv for important updates and information about our studio and events.
